The Chef’s Choice Food Slicer and Meat Slicer (Model 640) has an all metal, heavy-duty, rugged construction. This food slicer is made of aluminum and stainless steel and has excellent stability. The slicer has a multi-purpose solid surgical stainless steel blade, fully hardened (approximately 7” diameter). This food slicer slices bread, meats, sausages, cheese and a wide range of vegetables, meats and other foods. This slicer features a powerful 130 watt, geared condenser motor for efficient, smoothe cutting. The food carriage retracts on the slicer to permit slicing of extra large roasts, hams and other foods. It’s extremely quiet and is quick and easy to clean.
