This stainless steel smokehouse is a fantastic value and has several great features. 50 Pound Stainless Steel Smoker features include a thermostat control that has a ±5° variation. It includes a 2 ½” dial thermometer that lets you know the internal temperature of the smokehouse at all times. The 50 Pound Stainless Steel Smoker walls are insulated with 1 5/8” heavy duty board, 6 lb density, which will not sag. The smokehouse heating element is 2100 watts / 240 Volts. The 50 Pound Stainless Steel Smoker includes six (6) stainless steel “V” shaped sticks, 12” diameter stainless steel sawdust pan and three (3) chrome plated shelves. Outside dimensions: 24 ½” w (not including control box), 22 ½” D x 43” H (including legs but not including smoke stack). This 50 Pound Stainless Steel Smoker weighs 320 pounds and can be shipped via freight truck only. Please allow two – three weeks for delivery.
